The principal living rooms are composed as an airy social landscape, generous enough for celebration yet calm enough for an unhurried morning. At its centre, the kitchen balances sculptural clarity with everyday performance, keeping cooking and conversation in the same effortless frame.

Upstairs, bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms form a quiet private realm, washed in natural light through broad windows. Outside, a 311 sq. ft. deck extends the home toward the landscape—an outdoor room for dining, gathering, or simply taking in the stillness around it.
